Maybe it is our background in real estate, or maybe it’s just our daydreaming nature, but Chip and I just enjoy driving and looking at properties. So, on our route home from our ATV adventure, we decided to see if there was anything for sale nearby. I was disappointed to see there was not anything available.  The next day Chip was scrolling on Facebook and came across an ad for land for sale right where we had been! Seriously, Facebook! Not on the MLS or Zillow, but Facebook! Chip was able to get in touch with the owners and we headed back up to scope out the property the following weekend.  We took the grandparents along for the ride and some friends with extra ATVs in tow. We all had SO much fun riding the trails again and visions of building on the land starting emerging!
