Chip Wade, Expert craftsman

Chip is a renowned DIY expert, builder, and designer known for his expertise in home improvement and construction. He has appeared on HGTV & numerous television shows, sharing his knowledge and passion for DIY projects, home renovations, and outdoor living spaces. Chip also hosts segments on Fox & Friends and frequently collaborates with brands to showcase innovative products and tools. He combines creativity with practical know-how to help people transform their homes and outdoor environments

Wade Works Creative is the firm founded by Chip and his wife, Pauli.  The firm blends Chip's expertise in design, construction and video production with Pauli's skills in accounting, project management and marketing, creating a unique business that helps homeowners transform their spaces and enables home & lifestyle brands to effectively tell their stories across television, print and various media distributions. 

ABOUT PINHOTI PEAK

HGTV and DIY network Hosts and Designers, Chip and Pauli Wade set out to build their ultimate mountaintop retreat. Nestled on the crest of a breathtaking ridge in the North Georgia - Blue Ridge Mountains, this home was designed and built in pursuit of the ultimate standard. The Lodge was completed in the summer of 2023 and has garnered numerous awards for its innovative design and execution, including being name the Showhouse of the Year by Modern Luxury Magazine. 

project highlights 

In the fall of 2024, the Wades broke ground on phase two: The Perch GA. The Perch will feature three luxury treehouses, each named for a type of turkey: The Tom, The Jake, & The Jenny, paying homage to the Native American roots of the Pinhoti, which means "Turkey." Fox & Friends, as well as other major media outlets, will be covering the build as our expert craftsman, Chip Wade, showcases the latest innovations in design, building, & luxury living.
